Do you think the LEGO Harry Potter Hogwarts Castle will come down in price before Christmas?

I've put it all in the title! Grin

Trying to buy everything early and get it done but don't want to buy it then find it half price in December!

Do you think it's something that will stay at full price? Well, at least until the January sales! Grin

Lego hardly ever goes on offer. Aren't Argos doing 20% off soon, think I saw an ad on TV for it tonight. Then there is the Sainsbur's toy sale at the end of the month if they stock it????

Seriously, do not do it! not the castle, EVER!
I did this three years ago for christmas. The bloody thing took *me three days to put together, in 5 minutes it had fallen apart. I put it back together and in 5 minutes, yes, you got it; it fell apart again. Now there's bits of hogwarts all over the house mixed in with the rest of his LEGO.

I did the whole hog; the shreaking shack, the knights bus, the whole bloody castle, I even found privet drive and the blue car (from the second movie I think). It looked great for the 5 minutes (sobs)

Belle, you have seriously put me off now! ShockGrin

But, but...his little face when he sees it...

But then his little face when his little brother trashes it...

Okay, okay, perhaps something different for Christmas then. Grin

Though I liked the look of it for ME to play with. Blush

If you're going to do it then superglue the bastard bricks together as you go. Wink

He will love it, it doesn't do alot when it's finally put together though. It's all show and no action if you know what I mean. There's not much you can do with it apart from break it and put it together again. As you can tell, LEGO hogwarts has lost it's novelty factor here. Grin

He was all oooh and ahhhh when we looked at it on the LEGO site earlier but I think I might steer him towards some other stuff now! Grin

I wouldn't mind if it wasn't so expensive - I want it to be worth the fortune they rob you of. Grin

Grin Nothing like spoiling the little horrors darlings, is there?

Think I'll just buy some smaller Star Wars LEGO now - will keep DS1 AND DH quiet all Christmas day. Wink
