Ovulation Calculator

You've got a better chance of conceiving if you have sex when you're at your most fertile. And this is on the day you ovulate and the days just before. Use our ovulation calculator to find out your most fertile dates in the next six months and, if you conceive, what day your baby would be due.

Step 1: Enter the date your last period started (the first day of bleeding)

Step 2: How long is your menstrual cycle? Ovulation calculator

Step 3: How long is your luteal phase?

Your luteal phase is from the day after you ovulate to the day before your next period starts. If your periods are irregular, pick the most approximate number. This can be anything from 10 to 16 days but, on average, it's 14.

Please note: This tool provides approximate dates only and works best for women who have a regular menstrual cycle. If your menstrual cycles are irregular, you may have more success predicting your fertile dates by monitoring your basal body temperature and cervical mucus. Find out more.
