Been a victim of dodgy builders? £30 for your story!

I'm a freelance journalist working for Essentials magazine, and I'm looking for a woman aged 30-60 who's had some work done on their house (anything from having a boiler replaced to a loft conversion) and had the builders/tradesmen from hell carry out the work. The story does need to have a reasonably happy ending - ie, after a struggle, you managed to get some compensation, or at least get them back to finish the job off properly. In exchange, I can offer you the handsome sum of £30! The interview would only take 5-10 mins over the phone, but I do need you to provide a pic of yourself. Interested? Please email claire_aardvarkedit@hotmail.co.uk.
Thank you!

God we have gone through this with our present house - builders not turning up, wrecking our house and stealing - that is just this house - and our old house they stole, did what they were supposed to do in their minds but not what we had asked to remedy a problem and they put so much mastic on our shower that it just wouldn't even turn - this was after taking 3 days to find a box of tiles that I was assured by the man in the tile shop aren't old imperial ones but ones that are used everyday!

But to have a picture printed - NNNOOOOO!!!!

Links The simplest way to insert a link is to enter the link itself, surrounded by [[ and ]]. So if you type [[www.mumsnet.com]], the link will display as http://www.mumsnet.com. If you want your link to display text other than the web address itself, leave a space after the address then add the text before the ]]. So "Look at [[www.mumsnet.com this page]]", would display "Look at this page".
