I'm not a granny but I do notice the boys catch more than the girls - something to do with the development of their respiratory system. Stomachs are the same.

The good news is that he'll have a fab immune system in school having got everything going.

I do think worrying is part of the job, too.

Hi there,
Long time lurker and very occasional poster here.
I have two grandchildren, both 4, a girl and a boy. Not twins just each of my children simultaneously making the same decision in their thirties
I have looked after my grandson a couple of days a week since he was 9 weeks old and my main problem is stress! I just worry about him all the time, he is the one of the two who seems to catch anything going! My grand daughter, thank goodness, is much tougher
Do any of you other Grans find this stage a worrying one?

Links The simplest way to insert a link is to enter the link itself, surrounded by [[ and ]]. So if you type [[www.mumsnet.com]], the link will display as http://www.mumsnet.com. If you want your link to display text other than the web address itself, leave a space after the address then add the text before the ]]. So "Look at [[www.mumsnet.com this page]]", would display "Look at this page".
