Hmm - gone down straight away this eve. Keep fingers crossed. Did nothing different from last night!

Tis a bit cooler.....

She has been with the childminder all day...

I could be over-analysing this...

She has slept so well since she was about 10 weeks old, and i could put her in her cot awake where she'd settle herself. I only had to pop in a couple of times to put her dummy back in and then it'd be pretty quiet till 6am.

But since the weather got hot, or for some other reason, i now put her down at the usual time (7pm) but she SCREAMS after about 5 mins! And she doesn't stop until she's stroked or picked up, regardless of where her dummy is.

Now, i'm 17 weeks preg and hoping this is just a blip - but what do i do????? The voice in my head tells me not to pick her up, not to stand there and stroke her to sleep etc because then she'll expect it all the time. But i really don't know what else to do. She's not too warm as have changed to 1 tog grobag, and her usual routine is still the same.

Could she be getting to that age where she gets upset if i leave her? She seems ok in the day tho....
Help.

Emphasis: To bold a word, surround it with asterisks, so *hello* will display hello. For underline use _ , so _hello_ gives hello. For italics use ^, so ^hello^ gives hello. To strike out a word, surround it with two hyphens either side, so --dog-- gives dog

Links and smileys: To insert a smiley face, , type [smile] or :)
For a big grin, , type [grin] or :o
For a wink, , type [wink]

Links The simplest way to insert a link is to enter the link itself, surrounded by [[ and ]]. So if you type [[www.mumsnet.com]], the link will display as http://www.mumsnet.com. If you want your link to display text other than the web address itself, leave a space after the address then add the text before the ]]. So "Look at [[www.mumsnet.com this page]]", would display "Look at this page".
