Many women don't feel different at all at four weeks of pregnancy.

I didn't feel any different until about 6 weeks and then the sickness didn't stop until about 23 weeks.

At 4 weeks I feel exhausted, but that is not everyone's reaction.

DD is 5, DS is 2... I still feel exhausted <wail>

I felt different at four weeks... I totally knew i was expecting. I would go very tired all of a sudden and have to sleep and felt full if that makes sense.. I had no other symptoms until 6wks thats when all the sickness kicked in and sore breasts, tearfulness too!!! everybody is different tho!

AT four weeks I had no idea! Even in retrospect, nothing seemed different.

Enjoy it while it lasts!

I didn't feel different at all to begin with when pregnant with dd. In fact, I took 5 pregnancy tests, just to make sure. Only took one with ds... Oh, and got fat really quickly!

Yes, do enjoy it before the sickness kicks in. Are you rubbing your tummy loads?

I didn't feel any different until I was 6 weeks, then I started getting stomach cramps which scared the hell out of me! These lasted until the nausea kicked in at 8 weeks.
