Marinate in lime juice,sugan, bit of oil and cumin.Put on skewers. Grill. Serve with rice and satay sauce.

I googled goulash, came back with a load of beef recipes (was sure it was a pork dish)

Nice ideas. Will startle dp with my imaginative cookery prowess grin

Am usually a bit of a safe and traditional cook
