hope it went well!

sorry i didn't get back to you last night, kids difficult to settle. on balance i'd say a short time in a v hot oven best, or grill as mb says. mine were a bit soft after 20 mins. will grill next batch.

hi i'm going to roast some asparagus this evening. i was just going to slather it in olive oil and plenty of salt and see how it went. no parboiling. i will be able to let you know how it was by about 7pm - eating early with the kids.

Am cooking dinner for my new beau this evening. How long do I roast asparagus wrapped in Parma ham for? Do I parboil it first?
