Just making a tikka masala. DH is a bit fussy with veg so it just has meat and potatoes in it. Would it be yucky to put spinach in it to boost veg intake?

Ok, I'm doing it. DH probably not going to be impressed. Already complained about not enough meat and too many potatoes. Tried explaining that it really wasn't necessary to eat meat every day and potatoes are a cheap way to make it go further!

It was yummy! dh didn't even notice the greenery as it was the frozen shredded stuff. i will be adding it in future.

shame my lovely dinner and glass of wine was punctuated by dd crying and hanging onto my knee <sigh> always the way when i make a nice meal!
