No it is not him - our neighbour won't fix his wall that is the issue, we have had to have a demolitian order put on it because it is a danger and am worried about it squashing our kids, us, our car.......
I could scream - he came round with his wanker builder this morning and I swear Cod would have more of an idea as to building regulations and what is wrong with the wall than this builder!!!!!!
All in all he is a pompous cock face who is used to getting his own way (googles him and he is an arse!) and so talks to people like they are just going to fall in with what he wants - and I am just not that way inclined - DH is and I want to punch him for being so fucking agreeable - DH even ended up offering to let him build into our garden to accomodate his tree that is pushing the wall down!
MEN ARE COCKS!!!!!!!
Can you tell I am slightly cross - after 3 all your brainpower is to be harnessed to help me!
Well if it's going to fall and possibly crush someone then it would be natural justice for it to be him rather than an innocent member of your family, obviously.
Can you put something against it to brace it so that if it does crumble it goes the other way?
Ha ha - I hate him - it is not light hearted at all I am really trying to get it to fall down by thinking about it really hard - is no one going to help me????
Again after 3 girls!
Oh and he even said to me 'Can you make yourself available to give access to my other builder who is coming round o Thursday at 4.15??'
Oh hoorah hope it is just the builder so when he comes if he is a useless sack of shit like the one he had round this morning I can tell him to 'Get orf my Land!!!'
Realistically what he needs to do is rebuild the wall up a few inches either side of the tree, so that the tree is free to grow, and will not push down the (hopefully) rebuilt wall.
Twinkle, tell him you're going to be out at that time, but that he is welcome to jump over the wall to inspect from the other side. Hopefully it will choose to collapse then... I really recommend that you fence off (with a rope or something, should be enough) to keep your children away from where it might fall
Thanks guys - have told him I am going to be in as DH said loudly that I would as his mother will be here!
I also told hi that I would be in when the arborialculturalist (sp?) comes as obviously he has called one to see about cutting the roots of the tree to accomodate proper footings (there are none at the moment!) and assessing that when the roots are cut the tree is not destabilised in any way that would cause it to fall into our house! He looked quite shocked - not used to women being allowed to speak their mind me thinks!
He has picked the wrong woman to get into a fight with I can tell you!
Ha ha - too cold for that today - that would be a good idea though - his wife is very drippy and looks as though she the sort of person who gets out her tape measure when he asks her to jump!
Kids are keopt away from it but it difficult as I have to drive past the wall a couple of times a day and it may fall on us in the car!
