Mine is rubbish (depsite being only two years old and a Bosch). I am looking for one with an hour-long cycle (mine at the moment gives you a choice between 30 mins and more than 2 hours). Any suggestions please?

Just had a look at the Which? best buys for you - the shortest normal cycle any of them have is 2 hours, as most machines now are energy saving so they heat the water to a lower temp and wash for longer, to save electricity. None with an hour cycle, some take 3 hours!

BEKO's DWD8657 dishwasher features an autosense programme which determines the level of dirt in the water, but also it has one of the quickest A-rated washes in just 58 minutes.

Emphasis: To bold a word, surround it with asterisks, so *hello* will display hello. For underline use _ , so _hello_ gives hello. For italics use ^, so ^hello^ gives hello. To strike out a word, surround it with two hyphens either side, so --dog-- gives dog

Links and smileys: To insert a smiley face, , type [smile] or :)
For a big grin, , type [grin] or :o

Links The simplest way to insert a link is to enter the link itself, surrounded by [[ and ]]. So if you type [[www.mumsnet.com]], the link will display as http://www.mumsnet.com. If you want your link to display text other than the web address itself, leave a space after the address then add the text before the ]]. So "Look at [[www.mumsnet.com this page]]", would display "Look at this page".
