Hello to everyone to follow No Bianca for a few days?
Thank Chrunchie too. I am shattered, DS1 was up in the night again and SH slept in
Well morning routine is completed and I have done the mission.
I have also planted some peas with DS1 and we have watered all the plants.
DH was explaining last night about our recycling and rubbish collections, so we have stood outside and watched the bin men, who came and explained it to DS1 too - how nice
We are off to music and movement this morning. I have warned them if it is anything like last week we are straight home.
Then back for lunch DS1 to preschool DS2 for nap Ironing General clean for the weekend Friends over for tea and playdate
DS1 has just spilt his SQUASH all over himself - bad mummy alert.
They have very little crap, so a little squash is not the end of the world
Lol @ squash TMH.... I just gave ds a gingerbread man on the way home from toddler group to make up for the lack of juice He's drinking water out of my bottle really well, but won't use his cup.
EHM - I'm back to house busting the bedrooms today. I did quite a bit yesterday, but you can't really tell any more.
Got to go....ds is thrownig toys downt the stairs.....back later on
Thanks for the links to the glorious EHM* *Waves to ScattySagaDylsmumFGSTHM and Jas Hope you are well and enjoying the sun Hello to anyone I've missed
Bit of a steady day for me today. I didn't get on to the site yesterday, DH busy at work so single mum time for me last night. Then I woke up at 3:45 and didn't get back off properly. Dentist gave me Anti-Bs to deal with a wisdom tooth flare up AF arrived yesterday too (2 Days early ) so I am not pushing it at all. The house is acceptable so, why push it?
Plus the next door neighbour had a go at me downtown about something I had nothing to do with I just walked away with her ranting behind me. Bit frosty on the yard this morning but it's her problem, not mine.
Done my morning routines and went to coffee morning, came home and ...errr...that's it really. To Do is get Ed and DH is home at 5
Having a "house blitzing" day as ds is with granny. So far I have done:
done wash dishes clean kitchen clean cooker do wash loads put away ironing sweep kitchen floor sweep other floors mop floors vacuum downstairs vacuum sofas dust and polish make bed tidy living room
todo gardening clean windows and mirrors clean bathroom do ironing admin for work clean kitchen cupboards shopping
The dc and I don't cope with sun very well,so I'm happy to be in my nice cool house. We'll go out in the evening when it is a bit cooler.
Glad to see youare having a day "off" GO
@ all the clothes shopping.
I'd love to go out but all our money is going on getting the cars sorted out this month The other one failed its MOT and we can't pay fo it to be done until next week when (if) dp gets paid, but in the mean time he is driving the Jag to kent every day, and used a whole tank of petrol in two days
Ah well, the dds have both invited friends over for Saturday tea, so that should keep them happy at minimal expense this weekend.
I'm making progress on the bedrooms, too, but losing motivation, so I'm going to leave the rest and get the girls to help me after school.
Have been busy all day! Standing in for one of the nursery leaders this morning, then cleaning, then food shopping, then the fair with the kids!
All dressed up now ready for the ball....just off to my friends house to get my hair done. Apparently the sugar babes have pulled out and we have Goldie Lookin Chain instead!
Anyhoo...see you all tomorrow.....without too much of a hangover I hope!!!!!
evening all have been out all day so nothing at all done today. i spent the morning in the library with 2 others from the course then we hd lunch before i picked up dd, who fell asleep in car so i decided to stop at the quiet park by the school, put her in the pram to sleep and sat on the picnic doing more revising until i picked ds from school. we've just got back from a picnic with my friend and her 2 dc really need to tidy and hoover but i dont want to- maybe later
I tidied Ed's room and set up his car mat, potted up my plants from B&Q went to Ed's Friday assembly, picked him up then we went to the park, round the lake, home along the old train line and a shower for a mucky Ed. 3hrs and no FLYing!
Ed bless him had a good week at school (yipee) He hasn't sat on the 'thinking chair' all week (a first that one) and he got the weeks lunchtime award for being polite, well behaved and making healthy choices. After last week's turmoil I am really proud of him. Well done Ed!
Signing off for the week, should be about tomorrow
GO Well done Ed and well done you too on taking things easy
Jas Motivation is something I truley lack at the moment too. Although I have enjoyed my pottering in the garden
Dame I hated being preggy in the heat 2 years ago, god I felt like shift without the f
Waves to everyone else I have missed
Where is Bianca?
I have the washer on and a cleanish house. SHould be mopping the floor, but not sure I can get the motivation. I have been out and watered all the plans, but I am peeved as I can not find my bloody carrot seed.
Hello. At last, i am sitting down! Been on the go all day! Shame it was FLYing. But i have all of DD1's birthday pressies except the scooter she wants. Friend who loves near me has said she can order it from toys r us for me (phew). House is a total tip Maybe i will get more done tomorrow!
Planted seeds last week. Carrots are starting to shoot up. And a runner bean! Has anyone else done sunflowers? A few of ours are growing.
i've tidied hoovered, everyone showred and ready for bed, just got to get them there now. but they are playing so nicely i dont wanna disturb them need to wash up and iron but it'll wait i cant be bothred
I have had a quick read of todays "Thank Crunchie its Friday" thread . I would rather have a Twix though
Sorry Jas I hate it and get very when they show clothes on programmes like GMTV and This Morning. They always say "Only" and then the price is much much more than I can afford to pay.
Its the first lot of clothes I have got in the last 2 and a half years. (apart from socks) I had to get some more as I would have nothing to wear. Need to start saving again now.
Did you get anything Tort?
We have a few seeds just started growing on the last 3 days. When we first moved here (end of last year) there were some dead sunflowers. We just put them with loads of other garden waste on some waste ground where a bonfire had been. Now we have loads and loads of sunflowers growing. Well I think they are sunflowers. They have only just started growing and have 2 leafs that look just like sunflowers when they start to grow. We will have to see what comes of them.
I`m off to bed now. Might be in tomorrow, have to see what DS1 is like with going to bed so I can log in. Hes in a very good mood so I hope hes keeps the good mood so we can have a happy weekend.
