I saw those in the Tesco direct catalogue and I really want one!
I have a lab that sheds sooo much it makes me stressed everytime she moves, especially since we have black floor tiles in kitchen which were here when we moved in, and she's a yellow lab. Not a great combination and the dog hair on tiles just stays where ever it falls, at least on wood floors the hair moves itself to the side of the floor so I can pick up the huge furballs as I walk past.

Anyway, which one do you have? There's 3 to choose from, they all have rechargable batteries but only one comes with a charger (as far as i can see), would it be better to get the one with the charger?
And how would you charge the other ones up if they don't come with a charger?

2girls yes it is!
And yes I do recommend it. I've had mine 2 years or so and have used it loads. I will be buying another! It's great for when you can't face getting the heavy dyson out, and it does pick up quite a bit - esp. hairs! Would be good if you had a pet I'd think.

Is a Gtech an electric rechargable sweeper thing??
If it is do you recommend it?

If it's not, just ignore!

ah, it's not just me then! Are they the same price still? I think mine cost 50 quid. I would consider getting another cos it's been great.

I had the same problem with mine. My mother in-law has just replaced hers with a new model and apparently you can now just replace the battery after a couple of years and not the whole thing.
I miss mine.

I've had mine a couple of years and have used it a lot, but now the charge doesn't last very long at all! Has anyone else found this?
Are there any other similar good alternatives to my very heavy dyson?

Emphasis: To bold a word, surround it with asterisks, so *hello* will display hello. For underline use _ , so _hello_ gives hello. For italics use ^, so ^hello^ gives hello. To strike out a word, surround it with two hyphens either side, so --dog-- gives dog

Links and smileys: To insert a smiley face, , type [smile] or :)
For a big grin, , type [grin] or :o

Links The simplest way to insert a link is to enter the link itself, surrounded by [[ and ]]. So if you type [[www.mumsnet.com]], the link will display as http://www.mumsnet.com. If you want your link to display text other than the web address itself, leave a space after the address then add the text before the ]]. So "Look at [[www.mumsnet.com this page]]", would display "Look at this page".
