Oh god no, not self tan! If you're like me, you'll go streaky and orange .
A good exfoliate to get your skin going, some good foundation or tinted moisturiser tomorrow, and LIGHT on the makeup - less is more. Do you ahev a white eye pencil? If you line the inner rim of your eyelids, it really makes your eyes look more awake - also some white/cream eyeshadow on the inner corners is good.
especially as the lady remembered lulu from last week when dh bought his mum a birthday present, and was utterly charmed by DD and put lipgloss on her <<judgey face>> and sold me things!! she made me by them,. i had no choice.
Before you put your make-up on - set aside 1/2hr (or whatever you can manage). Wet two teabags (doesn't matter what brand just needs to be black tea) with cold water and place them on your eyes while you have a lie down. Even after 5 mins they'll be sparkling - the puffiness will go and they'll feel great.
littlelapin - white pencil will make the eyes look bigger - a light green correction pencil will do the same and banish red rims
For the red chafed nose - use concealer under your foundation.
Bottom line - enjoy the day - everyone will be looking at the bride and the bridesmaids anyway and after a few celebratory drinks no-one will even notice a red nose if it peeps through the make-up
