I got this one from white stuff. It's great but I am short waisted (well, just short really!) and it doesn't fit quite right

I am returning the essential summer dress as well.
The material is too flimsy and looks like it would lose it's shape after a wash. The space for boobs isn't big enough for mine so the empire line doesn't sit properly.

I was most disappointed in the cheap feel of it for the price, looks and feels mor3e like a £15 matalan summer dress.

Am 40+3 wks pg and CANNOT imagine being able to wear anything except tracky bottoms ever again.

Also, it's never going to be warm again. EVER.

Imaging self in summer dress - difficult as it's pouring rain, cold & miserable today like just about ever day since november - but would be my old blue standby which I pull on over head. Sleeveless, scoop-necked, knee-length, simple cotton dress! Goes in the wash, never needs ironing. Brilliant.

Grapefruitmoon I think your statement "Can you imagine Grace Kelly with visible bra straps? Well then.... " should become the benchmark of all things stylish on MN, and just insert whatever subject we are talking about

Can you imagine Grace Kelly with capri pants and ballet pumps? YES, so that's okay

Can you imagine Grace Kelly wearing Crocs? Well then....

etc
etc

Cod - in your role as feverishfashionablefish what do you think?
