When you do sit down, try to elevate your bum above your legs - eg put another cushion under your bum. You don't want to be sitting in a chair/car seat etc with your bum lower than your knees.

Also, try to sleep on your left hand side - when you go to bed, prop yourself up on lhs with cushions, and one between your knees.

Err, can't think of anything else right now. Good luck!

have a google for optimal foetal positioning

if baby stays OP, ensure that your labour is as active and upright and mobile as possible. do not lie on your back ! birth ball is good to sit on from now on as you cannot slump on it

i had OP baby who was born OP, apart from a slow latent phase ( 15 hours to get to 3 cm!) once i got there,it was a quick and intervention free labour and birth and a VBAC too

Emphasis: To bold a word, surround it with asterisks, so *hello* will display hello. For underline use _ , so _hello_ gives hello. For italics use ^, so ^hello^ gives hello. To strike out a word, surround it with two hyphens either side, so --dog-- gives dog

Links and smileys: To insert a smiley face, , type [smile] or :)
For a big grin, , type [grin] or :o

Links The simplest way to insert a link is to enter the link itself, surrounded by [[ and ]]. So if you type [[www.mumsnet.com]], the link will display as http://www.mumsnet.com. If you want your link to display text other than the web address itself, leave a space after the address then add the text before the ]]. So "Look at [[www.mumsnet.com this page]]", would display "Look at this page".
