hey haylz, im having scans and blood tests so im not sure.its only for the first round of clomid though and then i go it alone after that. As far as i can tell the scans are just to check they arent over stimulating your ovaries and so they can see if your follicles are growing as they should.
hope this helps,
praying for you to

not read the whole thread - but I was on clomid for 3 months after trying for 4 years, ds1 came along after the 3 months, then conceived ds2 12 months later, and dd another 12 months after that. It reset me beautifully. Good luck

Hello Everyone

A quick question........ I'm in the midlle of 2ww but have a raging headache and am stuck at work so can't sleep it off, do you think it would be ok to take paracetamol, am on first round of clomid if that makes any difference.

Hi everyone,
Not been on here for a while. Had my first round of clomid this month and went for a scan on Tuesday. The nurse said there was one follicle that was 15mm and she thought I would ovulate on Thursday or Friday. She told me to use the predictor tests.
Anyway, there has been no LH surge for me so I guess I have not ovulated. Does anyone know what size the follicle needs to get to and if I could still ovulate in a couple of days or have I just missed it?
This whole process is doing my head in. Feel as if my heart has been ripped out every time I do the test..I am a million miles away from pregnancy...the chance to ovulate would be a massive step!
Good luck to you all
