VocalZones - are they sweets?

yep. There are lots of different kinds of throat infection. Tonsilitus(SP?) is just one that covers your tonsils.
Get some VocalZones from your chemist. They are fab for vocalists so would imagine they would work for you. Unless you do have an infection then ABs would be better

yes - I have no tonsils or adenoids and got the mother of all throat infections a year ago.
Could just be a voice strain type thing, from what you say.

do you take antibiotics or any tips to help?

I am panicking as worried the new strain on my voice may have caused it somehow...

Links The simplest way to insert a link is to enter the link itself, surrounded by [[ and ]]. So if you type [[www.mumsnet.com]], the link will display as http://www.mumsnet.com. If you want your link to display text other than the web address itself, leave a space after the address then add the text before the ]]. So "Look at [[www.mumsnet.com this page]]", would display "Look at this page".
