I feel like I am about to explode with rage!

DH has just set DS up on the patio table with paints and a book - no sheet or anything underneath to protect the table I so lovingly rub down and restain every summer!

DD is in bed resting as she tried to surf down the slide this morning after being told over and over not to do it or she would get hurt - and she did - just got to wait and see if anything swells or she starts to lose feeling in her toes!

And when I tell any of them off (not DH) they look at me like I am the biggest piece of shit they have ever encountered!

I know I have PMT And really need to do something about it as my reactions are soooo all over the place - first thing I did with DD was scream at her rather than comfort her because this constant battle to get them to understand that I don't just moan at them because I like the sound of my own voice is becoming just too much!

Twinkie, poor you! There are various suggestions on MN for PMT but I have to say I swear by Magnesium OK tablets - combination of magnesium and various B vitamins. Does the job for me.

No advice but lots of sympathy as I suffer really badly sometimes with PMT and would also like to hear suggestions as to how to deal with it.

Emphasis: To bold a word, surround it with asterisks, so *hello* will display hello. For underline use _ , so _hello_ gives hello. For italics use ^, so ^hello^ gives hello. To strike out a word, surround it with two hyphens either side, so --dog-- gives dog

Links and smileys: To insert a smiley face, , type [smile] or :)
For a big grin, , type [grin] or :o
For a wink, , type [wink]
For a shocked face, , type [shock]
For an angry face, , type [angry]
For an embarrassed face, , type [blush]
For a sad face, , type [sad] or :(
For an envious face, , type [envy]
For a sceptical face, , type [hmm]

Links The simplest way to insert a link is to enter the link itself, surrounded by [[ and ]]. So if you type [[www.mumsnet.com]], the link will display as http://www.mumsnet.com. If you want your link to display text other than the web address itself, leave a space after the address then add the text before the ]]. So "Look at [[www.mumsnet.com this page]]", would display "Look at this page".
