a couple that we have known for a while have recently had their last ivf treatment. they cant get any more on the nhs and they cant sfford to go private. she had both fallopian tubes removed a while ago due to hydrosalpinax.

she is now 12w pg with twins! i can be v bitter and ranty about pg announcements, but not this one, Im so, so, so chuffed for them!!! (hold on babies)
