Butternut squash and sweet potato in the oven, leek chopped ready to boil, gammon going to join the veggies in the oven at 20.40 and mushy peas and butterbeans take 2 minutes at the end.

So in the meantime can watch holby with laptop on my lap...until the timer goes off, I make it sound more than it really is!

Lol EWW, first time round (DS is 17 months) we got pg after two GOF's - we went on a diving holiday coz I wasn't going to be able to do it again for ages after getting pg - after our last dive on the friday we 'relaxed' and that was it, along came DS....

This time around, I got a new boss in January and we decided that the time was right for me to go on maternity leave LOL! We've been GOFing ever since and DH thinks its fab!!

I'm on CD31 today...expecting AF overnight or tomorrow at the latest

Not sure yet what I'm going to do with my hair, it's not really very do-able IYKWIM? I'd like to get a big fancy necklace to draw the attention away from my rather lacking beestings non-cleavage!

Thanks for new thread BB <breathes sigh of relief at not having my name in active convo's now>

I am still reading through that pregnancies for dummies book, only managing about a page a night before I am zonked out! DH put a film on last night ermmmmmmmmm oh There Will be Blood, it is that one that Daniel Day Lewis won the oscar for, what a pile of shite oil, Crapola with a capital C, I fell asleep about half an hour after it started, DH woke me up to go to bed at about 11.30 the film was still going he'd given up on it, t'was not good at all.

My flowers are still alive <shudder> I think I am actually going mad.....

I just went to get dressed. My trousers wont do up!! My maternity trousers keep falling down!! Its so unfair, I've put my maternity trousers on and I'll just have to keep pulling them up.

The only problem with wearin maternity trousers is they make me look a lot more prenant than I am and people keep telling me I'm having twins.

I read somewhere that Newlook does 3 for £9 black, white and grey I think are they are.

That cycle when my belly went huge, I got a black one from eBay, saw me through those couple of weeks, only thing I found was that around my bum/hips it fitted fine, but under my boobs/around my ribs it was baggy and you could see the loose material under my normal tops IYKWIM? They have a lot of stretch in them, so you might be better going for a smaller size than you would normally...

Cal..sad sorry about AF arriving.

Moosma, that dress is gorgeous.

Kayz, this bit of pg is rubbish clothes wise...sigh...nothing fits! Although and I'm very blushblush here, I do have a great pair of mat jeans from Dorothy Perkins that i still wear with a belt. (I'm not the thinnest) they are the greatest jeans ever! No panelling, and meant for under the bump, but they fitted me right up to the bitter end, and still do.

god...i have a busy weekend and a busy last couple of days and miss lots!!!

Over the weekend i ahd a nice bbq with my sisters and DH & the DC's... Then Dh was off work yesterday and monday so we spent a lotof tiem in the garden, sorting things out, we ordered all our new fence panels, they are coming tomorrow... and sorted the bit we want the patio to go on....

DS is going to the zoo with nursery thsi afternoon, so he's very exited.

And Dh is being tempted by a great job oportunity within the head office of the company he currently works for....but means we'd have to move from blackpool, and my family, to yorkshire area.... where we know no-one.... so we're deciding...

7 days till offical test day now too!!!

Kay, clean your keyboard woman wink

I can't do those under the bump jeans, I found I was pulling them up all the time even at 9 months+, I like the good old fashioned jersey over the belly pouch thingymebob It is obviously only me that likes those though because they are getting harder and harder to find!

Glaskham, sounds like it is a lot of fun in your house at the moment! I'm not too far from Blackpool, I think a lot of us on this thread are within an hour or so of Blackpool actually!

NJ. they were the only pair of under the bumps i wore, for the rest of the time it was good old funmum black stretch trousers. So very over the bump you could tuck them into your bra, and I'm six foot tall, so they must have been big, lol.

Glaskham, I very envy you getting your garden sorted out!

i got a stunning black maxi dress from next outlet a couple of weeks ago....and it'd happily accomodate a little bump!! its black with orange/red/brown funky but smart flowers all over it. was supposed to be £55 but it was down to £9!!! BARGAIN!!!!

Kay- nice to know i'd have a friend in yorkshire!!

Emse- We're only doing it because the neighbours are awful!! They are the worst neighbours ever....and i suppose if we may be selling we'll have to make them sound great neighbours!!!

We got 8 fence panels and delivery for £116 from B&Q which was great!!! I just want them to be put up asap...DH said we can try and do it Thursday evening....

Oh sorry - it was all very odd. I got brown stuff like i said on the Friday and then it stopped on the saturday, came back on the sunday, stopped again and then full blown blood on the wednesday which lasted for 4 days then stopped on the sunday and then on the monday I got one last splurge of brown whilst standing at the check in desk on the way to lanzarote (not the best time) I think that i ovulated on the friday/saturday of last week although that all seems a bit ealry unless i count it from the first day of brown blood two weeks previously. what do you all think?

If I do mange to get pregnant this month the won't have a bloody clue whento count the first day of my last period from.

Not really, we had some strange looks when we first got together (I was only 17 then, he was 30) people were never quite sure if we were together, or related or something.

I have had more snide looks and comments being out with the kids, especially DS1, on my own. I can handle it, to some people I am the 'typical can't keep her legs shut teenage mum' but the fact that we were married for 6 months before I was pregnant, and both the boys were planned and very much wanted, I think proves otherwise. And TBH, around here, there are far worse things going on than a girl having a baby at 18 years old!

I had some very snide comments when I was expecting DS and a few since.

Everyone assumes I am a single mum. It really pisses me off. I did have a go at an old lady at work and my manager stood and clapped. [rin]

yep the wednesday so that means if the pains were ovulation pains theni would have ovulated around 9 to 10 days after the start of the red blood. Does that sound fesible?

We stayed in the Iberostar hotel in Costa Calero. its by the harbour. We've been there twice now as we love it so much and it's great for kids.

I just make sure that my wedding ring is on show (scratching my nose, or geting a bit of hair out of my face works wonders for showing it off) or a mention of 'Daddy' to the kids. Though it pisses me off that I feel I have to do that sort of thing to justify myself.

The thing that really annoys me about it, is that 9 times out of 10 it is the old bags that do the sneering and whispering to her old bag mates, but most of them would have been married and had a baby/s before they were 20, all very easy to forget that though!

I know a few people who were the 'typical' teenage mum, one of them TBH was erm...... well asking for it, to put it bluntly, the others were great mums, and managed it 100 times better than I ever would doing it alone.

envy Pop, we stayed in an Iberostar in Corfu, it was AMAZING!!! envy envy envy

OV'ing on CD9/10 certainly isn't impossible! If I were you though, just to be on the safe side, I'd carry on GOF'ing at least every other day.

I know a lot of 'typical' teenage mums. Most of them are fantastic.

I do have to show of my wedding ring too. Its bloody annoying, but I always get things of the helf in the shop with my left hand so any old people looking will see it.

I wish i was still there considering the rainis in its way over here.

Oh ok then. A GOF it is tonight then!!! CM has gone so it will be dry humping all the way! grin

Well if it is dry Pop, then you might as well just do it for fun as and when you like.

I am playing it safe with OV times at the moment, after all the years of thinking I knew when I OV'ed down to the exact day or two just going off CM, this pregnancy has shown otherwise!

I keep looking at the website with the cottage we are going on holiday too. I keep trying to show DS but he is more interested in Handy Manny.

I've no idea, I'd hurt my back on the Tuesday so no GOF's till the Friday I think it was, thought I'd OV'ed on the Sunday, all looking great so far, felt very pregnant by the following Friday, did a test mid morning and it was a very strong BFP (think pics are still on profile), so that would have been 5dpo, no way I could have OV'ed on the Sunday, which means I must have OV'ed before I'd hurt my back.

Confused? Me to!! LOL

Kayz, that is gorgeous, looks beautiful!

Just went to local huge mothercare at lunchtime to buy baby gifts for people, god, now broodier than ever. Completely over run with lovely pg ladies and even lovelier babies! Spent a fortune as well, lol, very inconsiderate of SIL and very close mate to have babies within a few weeks of each other grin

NJ, if you had such a strong bfp that soon after ov, assuming it was that soon after ov...maybe the baby fairy has gifted you twinnies! grin grin

Lol...think I'd pass right out at the thought of twins too...my neighbour has two girls decided she would go all out ttc a boy, and ended up with twin boys! And all this in a very small two bedroom house. They're happy as anything though, even with 4 kids under 5. [really faints at the thought!]
