Morning
Wondering if someone can advise as to whether what appears to be a positive on a 2 yr old test this morning could be incorrect?
My dd1 is only 12mths old, I just came off the pill, it's too early to get pregnant again (can't afford 2x creche) and I won't get paid from work if on maternity leave if I 'm pregnant now! Also, I haven't been taking any folic acid or vitamins and I've been smoking and drinking etc and tbh I'm in turmoil because I want to be thrilled but the timing is terrible.
Also, I'm terrified there's something wrong with me as I have been losing weight for a couple of months and have trebled what I'm consuming to no avail which is scary. I'm awaiting blood test results but won't get them until next week.
Please tell me am I freaking out unnecessarily? Does 2 yrs make those tests invalid?
Thanks for reading I know it sounds manic but I need to tell someone.

They usually have an expiry date on them, as long as they are not out of date they should be fine.

Emphasis: To bold a word, surround it with asterisks, so *hello* will display hello. For underline use _ , so _hello_ gives hello. For italics use ^, so ^hello^ gives hello. To strike out a word, surround it with two hyphens either side, so --dog-- gives dog

Links and smileys: To insert a smiley face, , type [smile] or :)
For a big grin, , type [grin] or :o
For a wink, , type [wink]
For a shocked face, , type [shock]
For an angry face, , type [angry]
For an embarrassed face, , type [blush]
For a sad face, , type [sad] or :(
For an envious face, , type [envy]
For a sceptical face, , type [hmm]

Links The simplest way to insert a link is to enter the link itself, surrounded by [[ and ]]. So if you type [[www.mumsnet.com]], the link will display as http://www.mumsnet.com. If you want your link to display text other than the web address itself, leave a space after the address then add the text before the ]]. So "Look at [[www.mumsnet.com this page]]", would display "Look at this page".
