I am cd17 of a 28-33 day cycle (varies). BD so far day 11, 15, 16, 17 (today). When I went to the loo after bd today and wiped (having lay with bottom in air for 20 mins first) there was amongst the icky man stuff a bit of blood. I suppose you could describe it as like a blood spot in an egg, but bigger. I wondered if this could be implantation bleed if I had conceived on cd11 - any later and it wouldn't have implanted yet, or if the blood just one those odd things the body sometimes does. any thoughts? hope this makes sense.

Could it be from the sex. Perhaps your cervix got bashed?

O on cd 11, with the lower limit of a 28 day cycle, would give you an LP of 17 days, which is highly unlikely.

It's more likely to be either the result of the sex or possibly ovulation itself.

Good luck!

Thanks Squack - yes, I don't think so either. More likely if it's going to happen to be from our marathon sat/sun/mon this weekend, esp as my fertility friend calendar told me mn was o day. Fingers crossed...

I used to bleed after sex but docs found othing wrong, but was always enough to be there quite a bit when wiped, not just a single blob.

Emphasis: To bold a word, surround it with asterisks, so *hello* will display hello. For underline use _ , so _hello_ gives hello. For italics use ^, so ^hello^ gives hello. To strike out a word, surround it with two hyphens either side, so --dog-- gives dog

Links and smileys: To insert a smiley face, , type [smile] or :)
For a big grin, , type [grin] or :o

Links The simplest way to insert a link is to enter the link itself, surrounded by [[ and ]]. So if you type [[www.mumsnet.com]], the link will display as http://www.mumsnet.com. If you want your link to display text other than the web address itself, leave a space after the address then add the text before the ]]. So "Look at [[www.mumsnet.com this page]]", would display "Look at this page".
