My period is now 4 days late but this morning I got another negative on a Tesco's own make test.
I think I feel pregnant.. but obviously I'm doubting myself now I'm still getting BFNs.

So, did anyone else have to wait a long time for a BFP? Do I go to the Drs if my period hasn't arrived in a week? I think there's a blood test they can do that gives a definitive result? Can an ectopic cause you to not get a BFP?

I've been ttcing for 7 months and have been spot on regular on a 29 day cycle but I'm not charting so have no idea if/when I'm ovulating..

Any thoughts?

Id phone the dr's tomorrow, it will give you piece of mind, they probably will either do a blood test or get you to have a scan i would have thought,
good lucksmile

It's far too early for a scan, it's a rare day you see anything at 5wks let alone 4, but I would appreciate a blood test.. might ring NHS direct and see what they say if I keep getting BFNs.

Have you been stressed out lately, or lost weight? That can delay ovulation therefore delaying your period.

Links The simplest way to insert a link is to enter the link itself, surrounded by [[ and ]]. So if you type [[www.mumsnet.com]], the link will display as http://www.mumsnet.com. If you want your link to display text other than the web address itself, leave a space after the address then add the text before the ]]. So "Look at [[www.mumsnet.com this page]]", would display "Look at this page".
