I am seriously contemplating it and would love to hear from others who are in the same situation,
or those who already have four children and would give the pro's / con's of having 4 children.

Hello helpme!! I am in the same situation. 3dds (no, I'm not after a boy grin)and am getting ready to ttc no.4 (just waiting foir the all clear from my smear test). Am dreading the preditable comments from family etc, but we always wanted 4, dds1 and 2 are only 16 months apart,dd3 is 2 and a 4th just feels 'right'. My hunch is that once you've got to 3, no.4 can't be that much more work hmm, but I'm sure others might put me right on that one grin. How old are your 3 los? Feel free to join us all on the wagon thread (preparing to ttc/ttc, NJs done it...or something like that!)

Hiya! I am ttc number 4, already have 2 boys and a girl. Our age gaps are relatively big and we had not planned a 4th but then had an accidental pg which turned out to be a chemical preg. and now feeling like no. 4 wld be nice...I do have days of feeling that it is madness however esp. as I am just embarking on a new career, so we shall see...

oh, and don't feel sorry for asking - it's good to hear from someone else not on their first/second! I sometimes feel a bit blush on the ttc threads as so many are going through a hard time ttc no.1 and I already have 3 - feels like I am a bit greedy sometimes!

Links The simplest way to insert a link is to enter the link itself, surrounded by [[ and ]]. So if you type [[www.mumsnet.com]], the link will display as http://www.mumsnet.com. If you want your link to display text other than the web address itself, leave a space after the address then add the text before the ]]. So "Look at [[www.mumsnet.com this page]]", would display "Look at this page".
