Molly, just to give you an idea, if you decided to do Weightwatchers you would be allowed an extra 10 points per day for exclusive bf and an extra 5 after starting weaning. A Galaxy bar is 5 points!grin

I was 72kgs just before I gave birth 3 weeks and 4 days ago and am now 61kgs. Pre-preg weight was 53kgs and am wondering if BF will really help me lose the rest... fingers crossed!

My Mum is staying with me to help out and I was dreading stepping on the scales as she is constantly plying me with apple tart and scones and fruit cake, all home-made! Was amazed to find I'd lost weight, tbh!

Links The simplest way to insert a link is to enter the link itself, surrounded by [[ and ]]. So if you type [[www.mumsnet.com]], the link will display as http://www.mumsnet.com. If you want your link to display text other than the web address itself, leave a space after the address then add the text before the ]]. So "Look at [[www.mumsnet.com this page]]", would display "Look at this page".
