We were the only people their for the first time! Turns out repeat booking is big at Glynn Barton which speaks volumes. The accommodation is comfortable and we were able to move the cot in and out of the Tackroom so we could have the room to ourselves once we went to bed. The facilities were excellent and the swimming pool fantastic. 16 month old was in 7th heaven for the entire trip. Beds a litte on the uncomfortable side - usual for a holiday let.

We have been to Glynn Barton twice and have had two great holidays there. The facilities are fantastic for under 5s, and the location is excellent for days trips, beaches etc. Andy is a top host and very focused on making it a memorable experience for children. We will be back once my newbie is a bit bigger and we can face the journey!

Simply one of the best family holidays we have ever had, and we've had some good ones. Great welcome from Andy and the kids (2 and 4) loved the daily routine of feeding the animals. We never saw anyone else in the pool or brilliant soft play area. Incredible views, lovely living accomodation and an all round week we'll always remember. The honesty farm shop is great and it gave us a complete break from cooking. Within 2 days of arriving, we booked for next year. Be warned though, this place is so good, you need to book months and months in advance.....

We,ve just returned from our second holiday at Glynn Barton and have booked our third!

We have 2 and 4 year old boys who love every minute of their stay here, from early morning animal feeding to swimming in the often deserted swimming pool and playing in the many different places in the cottage grounds, there is always something to entertain rain or shine. Being 1/2 an hour from either Cornish coast helps too in the sunshine and there's lots of helpful ideas for days out in the cottage too.

It is hard to imagine a place that could live up to the experience here for young children and this is the only place we have ever returned to to repeat a holiday.

The peace of a cottage break, the benefits of facilities shared only with 7 other cottages so often we felt it was our private swimming pool (big enough for a few adult lengths if the kids allow.)

We have yet to meet anyone on our holidays here that doesn't share our views and the number of returning families should speak volumes.

We have recommended this place to all our friends, knowing they won't be disappointed.

We have just returned from the most wonderful week at Glynn Barton. The cottage was lovely inside - very light and airy and spotless. It was incredibly well equipped with everything from cots, highchairs, monitor and even a steam steraliser. Such a joy not to have to pack all of that in the car.

We had our groceries delivered when we arrived so no dreaded trip to the supermarket with kids in toe and the shop meant I did very little cooking all week.

We were not hugely lucky with the weather but to be honest our kids were so happy with all the facilities we hardly noticed. They made great friends too with some of the other kids.

Andy was a fantastic host - as has been said below nothing was to much trouble and he was fantastic with all the chidren.

It was such a wonderful holiday and we have already booked to come back. We too have tried alternatives and Glynn Barton certainly ticks all our boxes. 10/10
