This lovely child friendly house with its useful self-contained garden flat - ideal for extended family holidays - is a real find for family groups due to its ability to sleep 12/14 people. (8/10 in the main house and 4/5 in the garden flat.)Crossways is perfect for families with young children- there's allocated parking outside and a long list of equipment including safety gear like stairgates,plug covers and useful items such as bath mats, puree makers, microwaves, lots of toys and games, dishwashers and washer dryers. All of which assist greatly in ensuring a relaxing and enjoyeable holiday with babies/toddlers in tow.

We had a wonderful family Christmas at Crossways. We didn't need much in the way of toys etc for our 7 month old but there were loads there - as well as board games etc to keep the older ones amused. The house is of a high standard with a fabulous kitchen complete with large family table. There are huge windows which bring in so much light and allow visitors to look out to the most amazing views of Salcombe and the estuary. I would highly recommend a stay at Crossways!

This is a review from grandparents who visited with children and grandchildren. Lovely house with ample parking for two cars and well located for shops, beaches and restaurants. Plenty of toys games and videos and a large patio area for al fresco dining.

Beautifully presented house in excellent location.
Well equipped for kids of all ages and some really nice touches.
We will be booking for next year, if not sooner, and can the owners guarantee perfect weather again? (although there is plenty to do if it does rain)

Lovely House, Lovely Views, Lovely Owners
Great for kids, good in all weathers, great walks to beaches and access to a fab indoor pool with sauna if it's not so fine outside.
All mod cons and kids will love the gas-spring bar stools!

We stayed here with our 3 children (9, 7 & 15 months) and all had a great time. This house is very child friendly but looks stylish too! Stairgates, travel cot, lots of toys and games, even plastic cups and plates for the kids.
