This was by far the worst hotel we have ever stayed in...it was dirty, musty, the food was awful, the dining room was old, smelled of burnt fat and cobwebs were everywhere. Everything was sticky because it had not been cleaned...ever...and I have never felt so ill from staying in a hotel. We left two days earlier than we should and gladly payed for the two nights just so that we could get out there. I am so dissapointed in the rating this hotel got that I cannot trust Mumsnet as a reliable source for any information for mothers. Our holiday was ruined and my advice to anybody wanting to go to this hotel is to please stay away.

This is an excellent hotel if you want a break as a family. The family rooms have two separate sleeping areas with a door you can close if required. There is a great play area outside and loads of grounds to walk around.Pool is a good size and had a nice pool side jacuzzi which we took turns to use. For those who want it they have baby listening and offer child care for older children. The childrens high tea in their own eating area is a wonderful idea and makes for a completely stress free kiddies meal.
Best thing is that it's not hugely busy, or at least it wasn't when we were there and still feels like a stately high class hotel despite having all the childrens amenities.
