Comments from other mumsnetters:My son played with this toy from about six months to around a year and a half". "It is visually stimulating, challenging and rewarding". "It's chunky framework makes it easy for children to lift from an early age". "It's a very educational toy - the basis for my son's early shape and colour recognition. As soon as he was speaking he could say circle, square, star even hexagon". "Great value for money!"

I bought a wooden shape sorted from ELC for only £10. It's really well made and the coloured shape blocks come in a variety of bright and pastel colours, not standard red, blue, green & yellow. My son didn't get into straight away but he is only 10 months. He does like bashing the shapes together and onto the housing. I think he'll grow into and definately recommend buying one. For £10 for a wooden one, you can't go wrong!

A great educational toy for a baby/toddler. My toddler loves to play with hers. It a very satisfing toy for her to play with as she is very pleased when she gets the shapes in the correct holes!
