This is a large chalet with a purpose built creche on the ground floor. It is a new chalet (only 2 years old) and so conforms to all the latest fire and safety regulations (however, what this meant in practice was lots of very heavy doors that our 4 year old could not open!). All the rooms are of a decent size with plenty of cupboard space and all are en suite. The position is excellent (not quite ski in/ski out) but it is a 2 minute walk to the piste, centre of resort and (more importantly) to the ESF ski school/nursery slopes/magic carpet.
We travelled independently so cannot comment on the flights/transfer service, but all contacts we had with Le Ski were first class - upon arrival in the resort we called the Guest Services Manager (GSM) and she came and directed our car to the chalet.
The on-site creche was great - it is a nice size with plenty of natural light. All the nannies were really friendly and our 4 year old was more than happy to go there in the afternoon after ski school (which they collected her from).
Food was nice and plentiful. Only gripe was no veg served with children's tea one day, but after speaking to the GSM this was rectified for meals the rest of the week.
