the staff were very helpful, the owner seen every day wandering around. the creche was fantastic, the ski instructors very good, children in small groups for lessons. The resort is small, but because of that friendly and the appartments are literally 1 minute walk from ski school/creche/supermarket etc. No need to trudge very far lugging equipment. Great ski slopes, but not too many black runs.

We had a fantastic holiday with Snowbizz. This was our second family skiing holiday. Last year, with a different company, was a disaster so Snowbizz had a lot to live up to. It exceeded our expectations. The staff were wonderful and our children loved 'The Pink Ladies' (the children's staff). The ski instructors were excellent - we were skiing as a family by day 2. The accommodation was clean, in the perfect location and although not luxurious, had everything we needed - dishwasher, microwave, comfortable beds, plenty of hot water. For us it was particularly important to have time together as a family and to feel like we were having a holiday (no early starts etc). The lesson timings of 11-1 for 6 days were perfect for us. We will be booking for next year.

Just returned from a weeks skiing in Puy with Snowbizz. From the outset the service received in this country and in France was outstanding. The ski schools for adults and children were excellent with friendly and charming teachers. My children were keen and eager every day to attend, as was I. The staff are enthusiastic and informative and were willing and able to help at a moments notice. A thoroughly enjoyable week in a picture postcard resort with fantastic snow records, charming people and truly French restaurants. We loved it and are booking again for next year already!

This company has its own ski school and creche. The ski school is excellent with good adult/child ratios. They have a Totons class for 3/4 year olds which our daughter loved. The creche was excellent and the staff were also available for evening babysitting. The accommodation is in self catering appartments which are situated right by the piste and the crèche could not be more convenient. We were most impressed with Snowbizz. All the staff were so friendly and helpful. Would recommend this holiday to anyone skiing with young children.
