Stayed here in march2011 with my 1 yr old, he loved it and so did we. Food wasn't terrible but the Japanese, Italian and tapas were great! We paid for HB And found it worth it. Would go again, however the pool was freezing!

Great rooms and bits for children to do the only thing that lets it down is the food - being an island veg is very far and few between and in the end I was dying for greenery which is very odd for me - but best kids soft play, pool, kikoland and kids disco ever! My two, 1 and 3 loved it and made loads of new friends xx

This is the best luxury hotel in the Canary Islands for families. See this blog http://www.squidoo.com/the-best-hotel-in-lanzarote

A beautiful, spotless, child friendly hotel! We had a lovely time here in last Aug/ early Sept 2010. It was quiet towards the end which was nice (and cooler). We stayed in the family suites which are in a separate part of the hotel, connected by a tunnel with fishtanks! There is a good small supermarket attached to the family block as well as the Kiko restaurent for breakfast. We went on half board and the evening meals were fab - people were taking photos of the buffet displays they were so good. There are plenty of decent restaurents outside the hotel though for families. Lots of pools though main ones are 1.5m deep. We didn't use childcare as kids were happy in pools.
