I ordered the Concord Neo 1 Sept 2011 and to date (22 wks on) I am still waiting for the product!! I have been told Concord have severe delays on their products due to the high demand. I am unsure if that's Concord directly or Babyeze Ltd,lakeside,Essex who I ordered through as you are unable to speak with Concord directly!
So, if you want the Concord Neo I would place an order well in advance.

I bought this thinking it would be the BMW of German engineering, but it turned out to be more of Fiat Cinquecento for the price of a Mercedes! Main problems:
- there are huge supply problems. We were told there was no confirmed delivery date for the colour we wanted and had to wait 8 weeks for the colour 'available'.
- the locking mechanism that allows you to hold the carrycot without it swivelling and ejecting the baby, broke after two months of use, making the carrycot unusable.
- the release mechanism for detaching the carrycot from the frame gets really stuck and only works about 50% of the time.
- the front wheels have a locking mechanism...which locks itself at whim making the whole buggy very unstable over rough ground.
- there is no option of reversing the direction of travel so the large wheels are first over rough ground.
- the safety harness on the seat gets stuck on one side.
- it is impossible to fold using one hand as you need to use two latches on either side of the handlebars.
We're getting a Bugaboo instead...

This a great looking pram , light , funky and hard wearing. Heres a quick summary:
pros:
Light weight
funky looking
Great fabric
Hood pulls down really low to keep the wind and sun out
Comfy
Washable
Good accessories
clips straight on ( no adaptors needed)
You can attached the basket part to the back seat ( ideal for long journeys) as with car seats you will need to reomve them every approx 2.5 hours. ( clips ect included when you buy the travel sytem).
Cons:
Tiny basket under pram
need a large amount of storage house /car for all 3 parts

i have the concord neo and as a nanny i have used many different buggies however i think this is the best travel system on the market, with a folding carrycot it makes it very easy to store after baby has grown out of it. Its so easy to manouver. The only downside i feel it has is the weight i find it pretty heavy

A really smart, well thought through travel system. The new 2010 brake system seems to work well and the whole system is easy to operate. One downside I had heard of was that the shopping basket is very small - it is but the matching changing bag can be fitted in three ways, one of which replaces the small basket to give much more space there. I found when I was looking that I'm pretty unco-ordinated when it comes to folding/unfolding the frames on many models but even I can do this one with one hand!
