I though this was an excellent travel system that catered for my every need. The Matrix was fantastic, i found it great for my daughter in the lie flat position, especially in the car where she was much more comfortable. Then i had the flexibility of using it as a car seat when she was bigger. The pushchair was great too, she has plenty of room in the seat and i found it a really easy to manouvre and a really sturdy pushchair! A fantastic buy for any new mum.....this will be the only travel system you will need from the birth until they are no longer needing a pushchair.

I bought this pram along with the rebel car seat while pregnant, and it was good while my daughter was little. It is a large bulky pram, but excellent for walking in the countryside with its large, robust wheels and sturdy frame. The basket is huge but very difficult to access, especially when the seat back is totally reclined. Once my wee girl was bigger and sitting up it was fine, but not too practical in the early days. Now the buggy only gets used for country walks as I use a stroller....its simply too large for nipping round shops etc. One irritating niggle though.....after 15 months of use, the brake bar keeps dropping onto the wheels and making a really annoying whirring noise. So in summary - a great buggy when baby is little and requires the warmth and protection of a large pram, but could have better designed rear brakes and better access to basket.

I bought my Jane buggy 10 mths ago now and i never looked back, it has been fantastic to me. The first thing you notice is how easy it is to use, with great one-handled steering allowing you to push the buggy with one hand if needed (help when you have a ton of shopping or an umbrella in the other hand) and how the wheels can manage any terrian with ease, due to the large cushioning wheels.
The chassis on the Jane buggy allows you to interchange the award-winning Matrix Cup car seat with ease with just one click to remove and reattach again. It fits perfectly into any car, allowing the baby to lie flat ensuring that the baby's back is kept in optimum alignment whilst its fragile.. something that most other car seats dont do.
The pushchair seat itself is easy to attach to the frame once the baby grows too big for their car seat (like my baby did) and is so easy to wipe down it always looks like new. It also comes with a 5-point safety harness to hold in even the wrigglies of babies. If that wasnt enough the Jane Nomad also features a strong large storage basket that i have tested to the max on more than one occasion... so many buggys nowadays either dont have a basket or any use for anything but a bottle or two.
