I love mine, it has been everywhere. Everyone told me that I would end up buying a stroller and never have as my mountain buggy as been so brilliant. Yes, a bit more bulky to get in and out of the car but well worth it. I have hammered it and it has very little wear and tear, paying for quality is worth it

I've just dusted my 2007 mountain buggy off after 3 years of heavy use and a year in storage for baby no 2 and I'm delighted it's still in perfect nic. I originally had a bugaboo which I could not stand!!
I've bought a new 2010 carrycot which fits perfectly and car seat adaptors for our old maxi-cosi so we delighted and set to go.
I can't promote the MB enough being a research freak!! Yes, a decent car boot is required, it is slightly wider than some and marginally heavier but these points are all far outweighed by it's ease of use, (I lift it out of car and open at same time) how easily it glides about, it's quality, it's simplicity, storage, reclining positions etc etc..
I believe the new model is slightly narrower so it's a total no brainer for me as the best of it's kind.

I really love my mountain buggy and have tried other 3 wheelers but always gone back to MB. I have a 3 year old with special needs and she fits in the this well with loads of room to spare. Love the zip rain cover.

Okay, I was concerned about the current state of Mountain Buggy as Chariots ATP had put that they could no longer recommend the product ... I have fund out today that MB are now owned by Phil and Teds but are run totally separately. Also, the parts were always made in China but shipped to NZ fr assembly. Now, they are assembled in China so that reduces the costs - which can be passed on to the buyer. I have been assured by my local shop that MB are still the same excellent quality they always were. I am going to order mine tomrrow - the Swift (the lightest one and slimline model). I want a buggy to last me years and the swift is fine for newborns too. I have seen the swift and the urban jungle in the last week and both are fab but I want the smaller one of the two.
