I just found this book to faffy, and when your sleep deprived it can be hard to remember all the things that it said to do and try. I tried the sleep association bit but he just bopped along to the music in his cot.

I loved this book some lovely ideas and very reassuring. However I needed something with a little more guidance but still the gentle approach.

A wonderful, gentle book about leading your child into good habits - no crying, no frustrated mummy, no exhausted babies. Her calming writing style instantly makes you feel more relaxed about any problems you are having with sleep issues, and inspire you to try the 'one small step at a time' approach - brilliant.
