My mum bought me this book after complaining about DD2.

Initially irritated that she bought it for me as it suggested that we had a "problem", this was quickly overcome with grateful thanks. This book is fab. It is non consdescending in tone, full of fun and practical ideas that work. Fully recommend it.

I am not a huge fan of parenting-type books, but I found this excellent. I have three children, one with learning difficulties for whom eating is always a battle. On our first attempt at the ‘Mange Tout method’ he put a cherry tomato in his mouth – unheard of! My youngest child also ate some raw courgette and has since been a convert. So I love this book and have been telling all my friends about it! This book has taken the stress out of our family mealtimes. Lucy has reassured me that we are not bad parents - just normal ones. The book is so easy to dip into. Anyone can use these simple fun ideas to get children interested in fruit and vegetables. It really does work!
