An amazing luxury resort, set on an wonderful Caribbean island, offering beautiful accommodation and top quality service and facilities. This large hotel is located on the Atlantic side of St Kitts, but is an easy walk to the local bars and Caribbean beach only 5 minutes walk away, so very close by to Timothy Beach.

The children enjoyed the Marriott's pools and stayed in one of the 3 large freeform pools rather than on the beach. They went to the kids club once for about 2 hours and enjoyed becoming Pirates for the afternoon, and although they enjoyed it, all they wanted was to jump back into the water splash around in the swimming pools.

The rooms are spacious with two large double beds and easily sleep a family with 2 children quite comfortably. The food was excellent, so was the service, lots of choice and the breakfast was no to be missed. The children still talk about the breakfast waffles. There are various meal plans and you can book an all inclusive holiday, but we booked room and breakfast and it was very good value and suited us as we like to eat outside the resorts too. Taxis were easy to get locally and reasonably priced. Everyone was very friendly and helpful.

The Spa was lovely and it was nice to have a pamper which I treated myself to. The Casino was fun and very luxurious, but we weren't tempted to play with the high rollers.

I would say that St Kitts is ideal if you want to see the true Caribbean, and want to take things easy and explore. The St Kits Marriott was an excellent hotel and can't fault it.
