Endorsed by psychologist Annette Karmiloff Smith, my girls loved this video long after they'd left the "target age". The simple ideas like shapes and colour are communicated with repetitive music and role play that very young children just seem to love. Not sure if it's still available - but you may be able to pick it up at table sales.

"Don't think of it as adult entertainment, it's not, but then again not many baby videos are - but babies seem to love it". "It has simple music, lots of repetition, colourful toys and animations". "Mine particularly loved the frog, and the jigsaw puzzle". "Great for keeping them occupied in an educational manner while you grab a cuppa!"
