I have 3 month old twins and so far love my duo walker. It is one of the narrower double buggies and fits in everywhere they have proper disabled access, I can even get on the bus. Partly this is due to the incredible maneuverability, you can turn it in a tiny circle.
It comes with seats, I also bought the carry cots and adaptors for maxi cosi car seats. The carry cots have been great as my babies were born at 34 weeks and were very small (littlest was 3 lb 5oz) and I felt better laying them in a carry cot than a seat. Also I can talk to and look at them as we walk along. The car seat adaptors were bought just because we could and they weren't very expensive, but I have used them loads. When we visit friends I often put the girls in the car seats as we take up less room in small houses and I bottle feed the girls in the seats.
On the down side, it isn't the lightest on the market. I can get it in the car boot, partly as I have a megane grand scenic which doesn't have a lip to the boot to lift the buggy over. The up side of the extra weight is that I am incredably toned and was back in my pre baby clothes just 6 weeks after the babies were born!
We bought it in black as it was cheaper to buy an ex display model. I did want the hot pink but my husband wasn't keen. Also you get A LOT of attention when you go out with twins so probably not having hot pink is best.
