I have this for my toddler and baby, 20 months between them.
Plus points:
- I can have the baby facing me and we can interact/exchange smiles, that was very important to me
- Both children have 'proper' comfy seats with good views. Toddler seat can lie back too.
- It has quite a tight turning circle so despite its length I have yet to get stuck anywhere! Would have got stuck every day in the local shop with a side by side
- surprisingly light to steer, feels really well made. Tough to get up hills, but so would any double with my heavy toddler. When toddler is walking beside it it is really really easy to steer one handed.
- wanted a 'travel system' type pushchair so I can walk to nursery to collect DS1 and carry DS2 in in the car seat, rather than juggle a floppy baby with putting on DS1's shoes and coat.
- I can swap the seats round, can have DS1 facing me for a chat sometimes
- loads of space in the basket underneath
- price - I got it online much cheaper than mothercare. More expensive than the Graco tandem which doesn't look as good quality, but cheaper than all the other tandems I saw (didn't get the carrycot though)
Bad points:
- LONG. I often get annoying comments on that too.
- DH refuses to use it as it is so long (but ends up carrying DS1, ha ha)
- although it folds flat, seems to take up most of the boot space (Peugeot 307). Can take the wheels off to make it smaller which I don't do.
- annoying to handle when folded up, often get mud on me
- getting it up curbs is a pain, needs some wrist strength, but got used to that
- I wouldn't have this if I lived in a busy city due to its size, it is also slightly wider than a normal single buggy

Love it! I have been using it for 2 months with my newborn daughter and 16 month old son. It is great being able to see and interact with both of them. The maxi cosi car seat fits on with adaptors, so it is quick and handy for the school run. The carry cot is super comfy and DS sleeps really well in there and it doubles as a moses basket. The seat units are roomy and well padded and my son is happy sitting and napping in his seat.
It is so versatile, you can have them both rearward facing, both forward facing or facing each other.
Although it is long, it has swivel wheels and is easy to push, not too heavy. It easily fits through doorways and can be manoeuvred around shops.

Long as a bus!!! Great that you can have both your children facing each other that was good but again you simply can not steer it with any weight in it. I would had to think what would happen if you had obscured vision crossing the road as the first child would be in the middle of road.

Yes it does everything, but with a carry cot and a toddler seat onboard this pushchair is about 1.5m long - that's 300mm (or 1ft) longer than the average tandem. Also the quoted weight is for the chassis, so once seats are added, the empty pram is about 18-19kg! That's 4-5kg heavier than an average tandem. It might suit you if you are a car driver who occasionally walks, but it is not great for negotiating shops, tight corners and pavements - and forget public transport! It's massive!

We needed something that would help us get around with a 2 year old and new baby - didn't really fancy the idea of the little one not being able to see out properly (as with Phil & Teds). Also wanted a buggy where we could have the new baby facing us - had been a priority with our original pushchair and something we enjoyed immensly.
The Zoom seemed to be the only thing that ticked the boxes. Felt huge at first, but you quickly get used to it.
Top tip - if children are different ages (and weight), put the heaviest child near you otherwise its difficult to steer with the extra weight over the steering wheels at the front...
