After strongly disliking the P&T set-up, and falling in love with something else I was talked-in to trying one out...and haven't looked back since.
The putting up/taking down took a little nack - but there are plenty of videos out there, and once you've got it, you've got it! Assembly is easy, and the parts all come off for easy cleaning and storage if necessary. The amount of kit you can get to add-on to it to make your life, and your children's ride, that much easier and more comfortable is amazing - there is a place for everything, and everything in it's place! It feels more substantial even in single mode than my toddler's other single 3 wheeler, and where he used to fuss and squirm to get out, he now cruises happily about in the P&T. Every double will be 'heavy' to a degree, but for me the P&T's was the lesser of the evils when compared to others on the market currently.
Being a 3-wheeler it obviously looses a little stability on very slanted or uneven ground, but that's to be expected, and my only other criticism is that whilst putting the foam handle on the pavement in order to set it up each time is find in where it's made in sunny New Zealand, it means here in rainy England that the handle is often sopping when you start to push, or the foam splits quickly. Having said that, when you can replace every single individual aspect of the buggy without hassle, it's not such a problem!

We had this for our 1st two when it was new on the market. Have nothing but praise for this pram. Used it and abused it every day as a double for 3yrs. Our house was up 17 steps and I managed it up and down fairly easily. Packed with 2 kids and loads of groceries i could still powerwalk home uphill. Fitted easily into fiesta boot by simply removing 1 wheel. I really did abuse it and the only major thing that went wrong was the steel frame actually broke, but no problem, our local garage welded it together again! Pannier bags useful too. Since I finished with it a friend used it for her 2 for a year and half and now another friend has had it for the last year. It really is on its last legs now, front steering slightly dodgy and bearings gone in back wheels but it keeps on going! Love it

I love it and couldn't do without it. It's easy to manouvre and even with two in, doesn't seem too heavy tO push. Cons are that the shopoint basket is practically non-existent and it scrapes along the floor.

At the time I had my two children, this double was the best option around as the size makes it easy to get around and able to get on the bus with it. The downside to it is as a baby, all you see is darkness and legs pushing you and then as you progress to using the seat, your childs view is still completely blocked! In the end DS's fought over who would sit where!!

These buggies are vastly overrated and quite possibly the worst thing we have ever brought for our children.
Where do I start?
Durability, well the frame has managed to break near a joint. Was the dealer interested? No, did we take it off road or perhaps tow a landrover with it? No, normal usage for two small girls. Absolutely unacceptable. The nipples that hold the wheels in have all broken off, we've brought replacements and all have broken off. Two small self tapping screws work far better. The bearings in the wheels also go. I suspect if they stopped using bearings made from recyled bean cans in Russia, they may last longer.
Costs - Very expensive for something so poorly made. The underseat storage isn't strong enough to take any weight, if anything heavier than say, a small newspaper, expect it to drag over kerbs, or on the floor, poor design and expensive to replace.
Buggy board? Forget it! Phil and Ted think they know better than you and tell you to use a second seat and not a buggy board. Mmmm....interesting way to work with your customer.
Overall the worst buggy we have ever had. I would have written more but I have to go and repair the puncture on it.
To be fair it is maneuverable and comfortable.
It is impossible to recommend and I would never buy one again.
