My wife told me about this Hamshaw-Hart woman. All I can say is that I dread the thought that she has a position where she can influence other people's children. I read into it and in the BBC report; She added: "I'm just really glad it was in the afternoon when I was keeping an eye on her because if it had been at night then it might have been a different story." So Ms Hamshaw-Hart: Do you not keep an eye on your baby the rest of the day and night? You epitomise the bad reputation England has as a nanny state. Hide your head in shame.

Fluff came away from the outer surface and my baby nearly choked to DEATH on the fluff. I would be interested to hear if anyone else has had a sililar problem.

I brought these nappies after reading nothing but great reviews about them. Unfortunatly I can't say i had a good experience with them myself. I've been using them on my 3 month old son and found the tabs rubbed his legs as they are so large and the velcro doesn't stretch enough. These nappies did soak up the wee nicley but couldn't cope with the runny new born poo that ended up all the way up my sons back as the back of the nappy was to loose.I ended up having to wash his clothes several times to get the poo out.

Much better fit and absorbancy than other 'eco' brand that I have tried. Absorbant enough to use overnight. Can't buy in bulk (so more expensive than big box of Huggies per nappy) but cheaper than other eco brands (£5.50 ish per pack).

Not sure the 'eco' credentials stand up to the Nature range, but they fit loads better round the leg and waist, and hardly ever leak. I think they compare favourably to pampers. The Eco range also includes degradable nappy sacks and baby wipes.
