Dh and I use this book a lot, lots of gorgeous flavourful recipes that we do again and again. Our favourites are parmesan chicken, pork chops with tarragon, lamb with chick peas and many others. A classic!

Fantastic, especially for those who love decent, good quality food but don't ooze confidence in the kitchen. Lots of easy to follow recipes, many with only a few ingredients... and the big clue is in the title, really!
