Nigella Lawson - Nigella Express

I got this book out of the library but as soon as I started looking through the recipes I just had to go out and buy it.

It is fabulous. Great tasty dishes in express time as she says.

Just another gem to add to my collection.

Absolutely brilliant! Delicious recipes that are quick, easy and full of different ingredients, I love how she uses lots of fish and pulses and there are loads of low carb meals too. My whole family have loved the super easy puddings. Gorgeous pictures too, one of my most used cookbooks.

Love it, a well thumbed essential in the kitchen. The best thing about Nigella is that she isn't a chef and is quite down to earth in the kitchen. Definately a book to recommend.

This book's great if you read it before you're about to go shopping. Don't, however, expect it to deliver if you're after something quick from the ingredients you're likely to have in your cupboards in an emergency. I found that most recipes have at least one major ingredient that makes you turn the page to find something else.

Great Book, loads of lovely recipes that are easy to follow.
