Review of Babyhawk mei tai.

Did you know that you can even carry a 4 year old in a Babyhawk? Recently my daughter, just a week before she started school, hitched a ride on the way home from a busy day on the beach. Babyhawk is a great carrier that will last you from birth right up to school age. If I had lots of money I would buy all of my friends who ever had babies a Babyhawk. This sling is really comfortable and versatile, you can use it for front, back and hip carries and it is sooo easy to use that even my husband has had a go.

I loved my babyhawk so much I bought another. So pretty and comfortable I wore it within the first week of having DS. He loves being carried and frees me up to do housework, eat and great for walks, not restricted to pavements like a pushchair. I even prefer using it when shopping as I don't have to keep my eye on a buggy and gets me around easier. One of my best buy baby items. I know wraps come higher recommended but my pregnant brain couldn't get round tying a wrap and this is pretty easy to get the hang of.

I bought this once my wilkinet became too small and used it until my eldest was about 2.5 years. I could carry her on my back at that age for hours without getting back pain (and she wasn't the smallest of children either). I'm now using it for my 20 month old and it's a bit tricky to get her on my back when I'm on my own but once she in it and settled it's very comfortable. The choice of colours and patterns are great - I ordered mine direct from USA so I had more choice.

Love it!! So comfy and as my baby was quite heavy I was relieved about that. Lokking forward to trying it on the back in a month or two when he's old enough

I actually have a Toddlerhawk (same as Babyhawk but for 18m+) which was bought for my extremely clingy son. My dh is 6' 4" and I am 5' 7" so the longer length of straps was great and it is so comfortable to wear. It spreads the child's weight nice and evenly and doesn't have the child's weight just hanging off the shoulders. I have neck problems so the Toddlerhawk was perfect for me.

It did take some time to perfect putting my son in the sling without help but once mastered, it was a fine.
