Vaude Jolly Comfort IV

we used the jolly we were lent from a friend for about 6 weeks we found it really heavy and fiddley to adjust, the soft kids pillow is a good point however the rest was really disapointing, the hipbelt has really ridgid plastic inside meaning it wouldnt sit on my waist/hips comfortably. the kick out leg seemed a good idea at first however when the little man got to about 8 months old he could touch the floor with his feet and topple it over, the temptation is to use it as a high chair and leave him in it. Not recomened opps. we have now bought a different make and given the one back to my friend.

Comforts the word! This is a great carrier, our little boy is 18 months old, It’s really comfortable to wear and he seems to like being in it and can take a nap on the ‘teddy’ shaped pillow.

The extra’s – Sun canopy and rain cover etc make it even better – great product

We spent a long time researching child carriers, and bought the Vaude after trying out quite a few. In particular we borrowed a Macpac Vamoose for a holiday but found it took far too much space in the car. I wanted one I could keep in the car without using the whole boot. We decided on the Vaude, which we find more comfortable, well made, very well padded, adjustable and packs fairly small. And it's a lot cheaper than many of the others. We managed to get it for just over £100 including two different types of rain cover. I love it and would definitely recommend it.

Apart from the carriers weight it is well built and gives me the sense of well being that my son is safe in the back

Very comfortable and easy to wear for long distances.

I find it easy to adjust as my child has grown, and it's also adjustable for different heights/shapes of people to wear
