First of all, may I just point out that this game is called Wild World not Wide World =0)

This is a great game and my personal favourite on the DS (and I'm 27!). The game states from age 3 upwards, but I think it's possibly more suitable for ages 6+.

You start the game in a taxi moving to your new home, you give the driver a description of yourself and get to pick the name of the town etc. Apparently, the answers you give your driver determine where in your town you will live (close to the river or beach etc).

When you arrive you're house has been built for you. Once you've moved in you have to meet the residents of the town and start earning money, the local shopkeeper gives you a helping hand. Easy ways to collect money are picking fruit, catching fish and digging up fossils and selling them to the local shop. The locals will also give you errands to run in return for money (bells) or gifts.

You need to pay off the mortgage for your house and once you have done so you get a bigger house (and a bigger mortgage to pay off!). You get to buy decor and furnishings to make your house your own and you can buy and design new clothes as well.

This game helps children to learn the value of money and earning your keep etc whilst being fun to play!

My children love this game and it is a favourite. This is the game that they always come back to. There is quite a a lot of thinking and skill involved as well as being such an enjoyable game.
