Brilliant - even without trying I've lost a stone since I got it and have kept it off.

I just hope thay bring out a Wii Fit too to add more variety of aerobic exercise!

Great, lots of fun and a good way to keep fit! Can be used more seriously on your own, or as a bit of fun with friends around. Love the skiing...!

A fantastic "game" which keeps the whole family entertained and engaged, but has the added bonus of raising heartrate as well. I'm not sure you could use it for a serious fitness kick, but it's good at getting the kids engaged about exercising. DS wants to try skiing and hoolahooping for real now after having played them on the Wii Fit.

Brilliant! Great way to get some exercise while the wee ones are asleep, and you don't have to rely on anyone else looking after them! Good selection of exercises and bonuses added after you have done 10mins of exercise. Ski slalom and ski jump bring out the competitive side, which all adds to the fun. Realising you're 17years older than your actual age brings you back down to reality!

I like the yoga part but the exercises on the game are not for fat burning. Better way to loose weight is to put trainers on and go for a run.
